You write so beautifully about such an ugly topic. My sister works in a girls school and I have been so impressed with how much work they do to prevent bullying. It is so much better (in her school) than it was when I was at school in the 60s, but I think it is down to the individual head. And not all schools do so well. The rise in cyber bullying is terrifying. Adults don't exactly mimic good behaviour there either though. So glad you shared this.
