You have shared so much of yourself here and I am trying to come up with the right words to say, something along the lines of . . . maybe other people see you, your strengths and weaknesses, your heart and beautiful soul, better than you see yourself.

I find myself wanting to channel Ru Paul: “If you can’t love yourself, how in the hell are you gonna love somebody else! Can I get an amen?”

But I am worried that may not be helpful, my suggestion that you find ways to care and love yourself first.
