What an extraordinary story, Franz. I was glued and it is rare for me to stay so focused on such a long read. I disagree with the commenter who said that what the teacher first told you was "gross" and they shouldn't be teaching. I disagree because he said exactly what he needed to say for you to then dig deep, face your shadow side and come through to the other side and to a lightness of being. I applaud your story-telling skills but also your heart and fearlessness. Very few have the courage to really look at their shadow side. Awesome work. 🙏
