What a fantastic idea! I'm in the UK and bought a mobile home as they are called here. I didn't read the small print either. The kicker was when it came time to sell. The small print was something along the lines of you HAD to sell to the park owner. If you didn't you had to give him 50% (it might have been 90%) of what you DID sell it for. It was a steep learning curve and I always read the small print of EVERYTHING now! A🙏🌷
