Characters:
Ned: my number 4 egg
Al Murray, aka The Pub Landlord: a comedian.

Ned went to the Tabard this week to see The Pub Landlord. It was a 4 pm performance, so half the people there worked for Transport for London.

Ned decided he must be running out of jokes about TFL, so when Al picked on him and asked him his job, he gave him his previous one and said: “Landscape Gardener.”

Al Murray was quick with his reply: “You’re a gardener, Ned. Get over it.”
