Thinking of you Riley. I honestly didn't think I would suffer from empty nest syndrome until i read a piece by a woman who had quadruplets and they all left home at the same time. Her routine, the things that gave structure to her day, kids coming home from school - it all changed in one fell swoop and i wept for her. Be very kind to yourself at this difficult time. A🤗🙏💚
