There is nothing to forgive Jürgen and I accept you just the way you are. I find your explanation of intuitionistic logic fascinating. I once went to a research lecture and we are asked to consider what we know to be true and how we know it. We were also asked to consider what we used to think was true (santa claus) and later found to be untrue. It was so fascinating: i know the earth is round but i only know because i have had to trust others (I have not myself been far enough up into space to see the curvature of the earth for myself). There is one brand of logic that states you can only know something to be true if you yourself have experienced it. So this article is my truth based on what I have experienced but i cannot and do not expect everyone else to trust or believe it based on MY experience. I find science interesting in that it isn't really FACT. Most science facts are working hypotheses. Doctors used to believe Radium baths were healing. They change their minds all the time. I tend towards your "as for now undecided" approach. And the older i get the less I know for sure.
You are a very good teacher and I thank you for taking the time to fill me in on where you stand with what I have written.
Heartfelt thanks
