The production team were a little taken aback by the King of Comedy Brian Lageose's demands for his live interview. It took them 5 days to locate sequinned mannequins, and when they did (in Cletus's Sex Emporium), the legal team had a meltdown which caused further delay: it took their senior set designer 2 months to remove all evidence (including working parts) of their previous incarnation. The team also fell short concerning the seat: he had explicitly requested shimmery gold fabric to better reflect his status. The interviewer was a tad nervous as the cameras began to roll: Brian had already removed his signature sunglasses in protest, and he had a look in his eyes which suggested someone was going to be held to account for their grievous deviation from his perfectly reasonable requests.
