1. it saddens me that so many of your readers choose to private message you rather than leave visible comments on your work. I so hope tht isn't because they are worried Medium isn't a safe space for them to express themselves.

2. I learnt about the letter burning exercise decades ago from a transpersonal therapist based in Tasmania.

3. I've never been to a Pride thing. I'm autistic and don't do well in crowds - it can take me days to recover from large get-togethers.

4. I'm in the UK, between London (where i lived for 40 years and still consider my spiritual home) and the south coast. Near my 3 gay sons.

I love Medium for the connections I make here. I find online friendships easier than real life ones!
