Roz, I had a lot of patients who were pilots and once got upgraded to business class (with a lie-down seat and gourmet menu) on a flight from Toronto to London. It was better than the holiday. Any flight over 5 hours and I won't fly any other way now. I'd rather have one holiday every 10 years and fly business class than one a year and go steerage. It spoils you!
