Pure poetry Dana. i have just read a piece by Natalie about moving and plants: it spoke to me, as does this. When we move, we arrive like a tender plant that needs extra special care to establish roots and find the right mix of shade and sun and water. Be very kind to yourself. I so get the part about losing something when we live with another. I have been married for ten years now and it has taken me time to find space within the relationship. It helps me to know that you can use a relationship as a tool for spiritual growth: we can only truly know ourselves in reflection to another. It is harder, but, I think, worth it. I repeat: be very kind to yourself at this time. Rooting for you and your new life. A🙏💚

I came, I wrote, I conquered. That last bit might not be true, but at least I am putting up a good fight.
