I've noticed this.

I think that some of these people have tweaked their tactics. They aren’t getting the same reciprocal attention by just clapping and following. So, they follow and subscribe.

I've noticed this. I think they subscribe, and then unsubscribe quite quickly. They are just trying to get you to look at their work.
