It's so nice to meet you. So much of what you have written here resonates with me. I, too, was trained to be a conflict-avoidant people-pleaser, craved love, married young, had lots of children (4), and was an exhausted and over-extended giver 😁. I over-research EVERYTHING and love NVC.
