It physically hurts me to lie. I really struggled when i took part in the "Two Truths, One Lie" challenge and had to have a lie down afterwards. I make mistakes all the time. I have learnt that most allistics tend to be the other way round and they get hurt by the truth. I have been told I wield truth like a weapon so tend to keep quiet more now, unless pushed. I have a workaround for those situations that i have just written about. I don't like to hurt other people, but i still don't understand why they don't like the truth. A🙏💚
