Oftentimes the law (and the doctors) are keeping people in a state of perishing.

I have read that every medical doctor keeps a pill in a secret cabinet so they won't have to perish. Why can't we all have access, i say.

Only useful bit of info i have to add to this is that doctors can't measure pain - so if you exaggerate it enough, you may just get given enough morphine to slip away.
