I wish I had an answer for you, but alas, I don't. I like what Emy said. I will say only this: it's ok to sit with not-knowing, until you do know. If I don't know what to do, i do nothing and just keep checking in to see if that has changed. Be very kind to yourself. And allow yourself to feel the anger and express it.
