I thought i did, until i discovered i was autistic and old memories flooded back. I realised i had spent my whole life camouflaging. Things got well tricky after that and i felt i had no sense of who EYE was underneath all the camouflaging. It is when I started to write on here (there's some fairly dark stuff back in the archives - don't go there!). Writing is one of THE best healing things i think we can do for ourselves, especially if it involves uncovering our authentic selves. So glad you have found your way to Medium.
