I think there is cause for concern around AI in all sorts of areas, but I'm not too worried about it in the realm of creativity myself. I do think there are parallels with how worked up painters/artists got when photography was invented. They felt it unfairly competed with their work to capture realistic images. But photography has grown into an artform of its own. Human creativity will be involved in the prompts given to AI. I think in the same way that art progressed (surrealism etc) human writing will always shine. It's in the imperfections that that I often find beauty: the wonky mug above the mass machine produced one. I think it will be the same with writing. But I have been known to be wrong and I stay open to that. A🙏
