I think so. I think is the key to understanding why earnings have dived for most people. I don't like the boost programme even though I have been fortunate enough to benefit from it.

I'd like to see Medium introduce a system where anyone who wants to follow us has to ask us for permission. It would help to keep our follower accounts clear of Bots and scammers. Introducing a one-article-a-day publishing limit would also help. Meanwhile, I find myself reaching for the block and report button much more often these days. Five times yesterday! But they pop up again as fast as they are shut down, as far as I can make out. There are no easy answers.
