I read the intro and thought: "i do hope no one here on Medium has ever judged, ostracised or told you to try harder." Then i got to the photo which reminded me (thank you) of the poem "Not Waving but Drowning". The poem is beautiful (i'll probably think of a more appropriate word later because i know this doesn't do it justice) and I feel sure that there will be others who feel, if not better, at least less alone, in the reading of it.
