I know I have been guilty of that myself sometimes. But when I find something good I always go back to the start and read it again.

I'm glad you took the high BP reading seriously and got checked out. But even more glad that your heart hadn't attacked you.

PS: if you really want to get rid of the bindweed, the only effective method I have found is to carefully and gently and mindfully unwind it, keeping the roots in place, then gather all the leaves together in a big knot (place them well away from precious plants) and spray THE LEAVES, not the roots.
