I just love the honesty!

We ignore our intuition (and those cracks on the head from the Universe!) at our peril. So glad you survived and are able to share your stories with us here. I got hooked on the whole WIm Hof thing and swam outside every day for a year. It was the best year of my life so far. But I started in September when the water was still warm and was able to get used to the cold gradually. Starting at a sea temp of 8 degrees was pushing it!
