I hate it when they don't ring the doorbell. Mind you, it is only an issue if the dogs aren't home. They are very good at letting me know if someone has come to the front door. I'm so glad you got this shipment back.I've noticed here in the UK that Amazon has started a new thing with expensive products. They email you a code, which you have to give the driver before he hands it over, so he HAS to ring the doorbell.
