I don't really know what to think to be honest Mitch, but it is good to be challenged in this way. I think the odds are that anyone replacing Putin is likely to be similar. I have learnt much from you in this article and in particular the way that Trinidad has is so linked to oil production. Their approach of diverting sudden floods of capital into free education and health care is one I applaud and stand in awe of. Would that all nations could see the sense in this approach.
