I am so with you on the sleep thing. I got up at 3.30am today. When ideas strike I don't resist. I can always sleep when I'm dead. But if you ever feel really tired 9and not creative) the tip that has worked best for me is one I found on TED. It always works to get children off to sleep, which is handy. I would add that beforehand, it is always good to focus on relaxing your jaw. It is where most of us hold tension and it's impossible to sleep if it is not relaxed. Here is the link. No pressure.
