I am so sorry, Carol, for the loss of your dear friend, Terrence. He was clearly full of heart and laughter.

I am struck by how, on two occasions, it was a therapy that appears to have been the precursor to his relapse into drugs. I wonder if you have any thoughts on this: whether some of the talking therapies simply aren't always appropriate and can lead to people feeling worse?
