I am glad that today is a better day for you. I am not going to give advice for the next time you are back in the dungeon. But I am going to leave two quotes here for you to return to (or not). The first one is from The Book of Comfort. I asked it for a quote for you and opened it at a random page and got this:

Life is not

a ladder to climb

a puzzle to solve

a key to find

a destination to reach

a problem to fix

Life is

"understood backwards; but must be lived forwards" (Soren Kierkegaard)

The second qutoe is one i wrote down one day when i was in satsang with Satyananda. He said:

There are peaceful beings who are miserable because they think they should be happier. We are being bombarded by the message we should be happy. If you are not happy you are made to believe there is something wrong. There isn't.

I will not give advice and I will not judge. If it will ever help to just have someone willing to listen, and just be there with you and allow you to feel what you are feeling, then reach out.

In kindness, A💚🙏

I came, I wrote, I conquered. That last bit might not be true, but at least I am putting up a good fight.
