It is such a clever quote. But if you read it carefully, it does not rule out repeated failures without any sign of success. Enter me.

Just look at how many M failures I thought of in the last 5 minutes. I am sure there are more:

Let’s start with:

Musicals, and the time I promised to take my friend Christine to see one but ended up getting tickets to Puppetry of the Penis by mistake. I think she was hoping for Phantom of the Opera and instead got this:

What made it worse was that we were in the front row. Some things cannot be unseen.

I’ve thought of three other M failures in the time it has taken me to download that photo.

Mead. I was only 16 when the karate club decided to have their annual party at a castle. It was a themed Medieval Banquet night, and they were serving mead. I asked…
