Hi again, Philip. I disagree with this advice. I fell for it at first, but actually i think it is fine to write about anything and everything you are passionate about. I think the important thing is just to keep writing . . .

I read early on that it tends to be once you have about 150 (good) articles that people start to find you and a steady trickle of cents then dollars begin to come through. It may not be true, and everyone's journey is different, but it took the pressure off me. I thought . . i can slowly build up a body of work and see what happens. There is a huge amount of luck involved with the algorithms here but the one enduring truth is: you have to keep writing. Write about anything you know or are passionate about, is my advice.

(Annie pauses and thinks) Although i think somewhere i have an article entitled: "don't take any advice from me" or something along those lines. 😁 A🙏💚
