Great stuff! I read James' article, too, and got a bit worried. I tend to binge-write: lots at once, then nothing for a month. Sigh. BUT i have decided not to email subscribers every time. And crucially, I would never publish more than one a day. I would call for an outright ban on that and have, alas, had to unsubscribe from people that think that is a good idea. I'm seriously thinking that next time I have a binge period, I'll just hold stuff back for the lean times.
