This is why Taoists don't have birthdays - if you have no concept of age then you can't feel restricted by it - you are free to do whatever you feel like doing, and free to think of yourself as any age you like. Some days I am 36 and some days I'm 74 and stay in my pyjamas resting and reading. My friend died this year at 107 - a few months before she was on holiday in Portugal. She was still backpacking into her 100s. She would have called you a spring chicken. A🙏💚
