Great advice, Trish. I love a clean inbox too. It helped no end when i set up a separate email folder and created a rule so that all the emails from writers i subscribe go straight into that folder. And I don't count it as my inbox!! Or pressure myself to clear it every day. I totally agree with you on the five minute rule. If that feels too overwhelming i even downgrade to ONE minute 🤣Of course, I always spend more time than that but it helps me get started. 💚
