Eight pounds! Blimey. I wasn't expecting that. I am not very good at fasting: i get low blood sugar and hangry. Having said that I try and eat my main meal at lunchtime and just have a snack later, so often I am not eating between the hours of 6pm and noon the next day. Maybe I am fasting by mistake! A 🙏💚
