By the time they are eighteen, you will need access to your local air force training centre and request nightly use of their centrifuge. It is only by spinning them past 5 g-force will they finally be able to nod off.

Don't worry. If you do everything right, they will discover drugs at about this age and not only sleep for ridiculous amounts of time but spend every waking moment pretty much comatose as well.
