It was a real shock to me when I moved from London to Cornwall, where the concept of "dreckly" runs rife. When I asked someone what it meant they replied: "It is like the Spanish manyana but without the urgency."

I'm all for a good work/life balance but I still think in business, lack of punctuality is rude. And there should be some way you can include that in your reports.
