Dear Rob. Thank you so much for this. Honesty is so important to me and your words mean a lot. Your suggestion that I add my paypal details (or something) is a kind and generous one. And it has sparked something in me that I shall probably have to write an entire article on. Thank you for that! It is something I may struggle to articulate. Something about gifts. And how the energy behind them can get polluted when money enters the equation. It was important to me that the words and story I share here be gifted - especially to anyone struggling with an addiction. Of course, there is money involved because I get "paid" for every read, and in truth, Rob, that amount has been mind-blowing and not insignificant. If I could write a similar story 60 times I would have paid for Ed's treatment. I sense you may yourself have felt moved to contribute (as others have kindly done) but your read and understanding are more valuable to me than any money. And while I so appreciate your generous nature, I have to say that life has been kind to me financially, and I had the money. I just wouldn't feel comfortable accepting money when there are so many out there who lack the resources to do what I was able to do. I've rattled on a bit here, sorry. I hope you can feel the energy behind my words. And hear my deep gratitude. A🙏💚
