I am so glad you found me so I could find you.

I think this is one of the most heart-breakingly raw, vulnerable, honest pieces I have read here. I was gripped from start to finish and in awe of how self-possessed and all-knowing you were at such a young age. The fact that you were able to empathise enough to recognise that something must be really wrong in Maggsy's and Griff's homes speaks volumes about you, and the parenting, however flawed that may have been, you received. So glad you chose not to connect with them.
