Dear Carlo

Those of us who have never suffered from depression can never know the pain and suffering. But your poetry brings me closer to understanding. Forgive me if I have shared this with you before, but one quote that stays with me is this:

"There are peaceful beings who are miserable because they think they should be happier. We are being bombarded by the message we should be happy. If you are not happy you are made to believe there is something wrong. There isn't." satyananda
