Damn! Someone else got here before me to say "hilarious and relatable" which was what I was going to say!

I always opt for tools that don't have any moving parts for this very reason. I prefer a dustpan and brush to a vacuum cleaner.

I knew things were going to go south when they invented electric windows for cars. I mean why? I told everyone that would listen, that i would only get electric windows when I lost the ability to do this: (imagine me making a turning motion with my hand). I used to be able to fix my car. Now you need computers to do that.

It's funny how we have all these time saving devices. And yet it we get back to nature and stay somewhere with zero gadgets, somewhere you have to go and fetch water and build a fire to heat it . . .. time seems to slow down. There seems to be more of it. Thank you for teaching me the word Resistentialism. I love learning new stuff. I'm off to read the Vanity Fair article now. 🙏
