And I happen to think that watching Netflix and eating popcorn can be an excellent thing to do so don't dismiss it out of hand. i hope you do very little for a long while. A rested field gives a beautiful crop. There came a time in my life when the roller coaster i had been on (always working nonstop) came to an end. We can bury a ton of shit being busy. It takes time to surface. Be kind to yourself and know that every time you watch Netflix and eat popcorn I shall be cheering for you. 😊
